Our Why

Heart and Soul Café is an alternative, therapeutic, community of peer to peer support founded on the truth that every human being is precious and worthy of love and respect.

Regardless of past or present trauma, illness, mental or emotional anguish, or addictive behaviors, everyone is in recovery from something and has wisdom to share from their experience.

What we do

Heart & Soul Café holds weekly circles of peer support for individuals 18 and older. This will be a chemical-free, non-judgemental space to gather, connect, and simply be. Come enjoy a healthy meal and cultivate a meaningful sense of membership and belonging within the Lopez Island Community.

Wednesday

Come join us Wednesday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with dinner at 5:30pm.

Where: Grace Episcopal Hall located at 70 Sunset Lane.

Cost: The Café is always completely FREE of charge.

Fridays

Come join us Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with dinner at 5:30pm.

Where: Grace Episcopal Hall located 70 Sunset Late.

Cost: The Café is always FREE of charge.
