Our Community

Heart & Soul Cafe hosts weekly circles of peer support for individuals 18 and older. Heart & Soul is a chemical-free, non-judgmental space to gather, connect, and simply be. Regardless of past or present trauma, illness, mental or emotional anguish, or addictive behaviors, everyone is in recovery from something and has wisdom to share from their experience.

I love coming to the Heart & Soul Café. It's so welcoming and non-judgmental.
You are free to say anything, and it always stays in the group.
